Your Web Team - Web Development

So a friend of mine wanted to give his Mother and sister a website because they have a great idea to help kids learn how to read. He asked if I could help out so I put together a quick site for them using, what els…but, Wordpress.

It’s an amazingly simple concept and it’s already helped children all over Connecticut. I hope this takes off for them.

So, in my haste to update the site with some new content, I’m going to post some back logged posts that I forgot to mention.

Here’s a great site related to Dishware, etabletop.com. YourWebTeam.com was asked to help with a WordPress blog to help replace a customized blog solution that the wheels flew off of. The project was fun, and Ms. etabletop, was very fun to work with. I always find when a client is excited about a project the project always takes a little longer, but always comes out much better.

One cool plugin I added in to this project was SEO tools(All in One SEO Pack)…it allows my clients to add keywords, descriptions and title tags to all of her posts .

We’ve been trying to touch base about future enhancements and I will keep you all up to date.

Sorry about the long delay, I just relocated with the family and have been quite remiss about writing. I also need to focus my energies…I have way too many things going on.

Techevolution.com is a premier web services and hosting company out of MA. They have services ranging from Blackberry and Exchange Hosting to Virtual Application Hosting. I have known Corey and his group for about 10 years and have nothing but respect for his groups talents. They are a well run shop.

However, they are in need of a new look and functionality, so they have called upon YourWebTeam.com and our SimpleCMS. We have added some new functionality so that we can have editable fields in multiple places on each page. Very slick functionality added in by TheDataBrit. Another superstar in my book.
